ACRYLICS

​​I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I'm new to acrylic painting. In college, the professors never allowed us to paint with "plastic". It has taken nearly 20 years to get that crazy notion out of my head. I LOVE the drying time of this paint and hope to capture the sense of light that so naturally comes with oil.

I am working to embrace this paint for the qualities it possesses. With much exploration of the lines of gloss, matte and textured mediums from my good friends at S.C.R.A.P. bin in Carrollton. I think I have found a new way to express my love of painting.
